For those who are not familiar with the Oahspe and how certain words may be utilized throughout the text, I wanted to share with you this note from the introductory matter to the 2016 edition, especially in regard to the use of the terms “God” and “Lord”.

The latest edition of the Kosmon Herald (September 2017 issue) is now available for download. It contains three devotional lessons, a scripture meditation from the Oahspe Bible, and additional items specifically of interest to Faithists.
Observances for 16-22 July 2017
On 16 July we observe the Holy Memorial. On Tuesday, the 18, we observe the 3rd Quarter Moon in addition to the weekday Sabbath. As a reminder, the Universal Absolution begins on Tuesday, 25 July.

Observances for 9-15 July 2017
On the 11th of July, Essene Faithists observe the weekly Sabbath (each Tuesday). We also rest with our brethren who observe the seventh-day Sabbath on Saturday, 15 July.
Observances for 1 – 8 July 2017
On Saturday, 1 July, we share in Sabbath observance with our brethren who celebrate the day of rest on the seventh day of the week. The Faithist Sabbath is on 4 July, along with the celebration of Independence Day (for Faithists in America).
