For those who are not familiar with the Oahspe and how certain words may be utilized throughout the text, I wanted to share with you this note from the introductory matter to the 2016 edition, especially in regard to the use of the terms “God” and “Lord”.

On 16 July we observe the Holy Memorial. On Tuesday, the 18, we observe the 3rd Quarter Moon in addition to the weekday Sabbath. As a reminder, the Universal Absolution begins on Tuesday, 25 July.

On the 11th of July, Essene Faithists observe the weekly Sabbath (each Tuesday). We also rest with our brethren who observe the seventh-day Sabbath on Saturday, 15 July.
On Saturday, 1 July, we share in Sabbath observance with our brethren who celebrate the day of rest on the seventh day of the week. The Faithist Sabbath is on 4 July, along with the celebration of Independence Day (for Faithists in America).
